PROPSProps

The same thing, however often it shows

A case, a motorbike, a phone, each with a reference image. It counts which shots they're in, too.

01—THE SCREENThe props screen

A face for every object, too

Overview and variations. The main picture of the object alone goes straight to the video.

  • OVERVIEW

    Overview (概要)

The main picture and references, description, art style and visual prompt, and a count of the shots it's in.

  • VARIATIONS

    Variations (バリエーション)

From the side, from above, held in a hand, a close-up of the texture: one object, drawn for each way it's used.

  • IN 3D

    Tied to objects in 3D

Tie a prop to an object in the 3D framing and it becomes that shot's prop when you save.

Konte app screen (in Japanese): Props. A motorbike, a phone on the wrist, a silver case, a flashlight. Each has a reference image, so the same thing shows up in every shot.

  • The case, kicked up

  • The case, fought over

  • The case, hidden under a car

  • The case, handed up to the helicopter

  • The case, delivered

Separate shots from the 2D action short “Last Delivery”. With the prop “silver aluminium case” and its reference image, the same case shows up in every shot (MiniMax H3 on a local GPU).

02—THE PROPS PERSONThe props person's eye

What the thing is for, in the story

Ways shots fell apart in an action short were written into the know-how the script-writing AI reads.

  • 01

Only the look goes in the ledger

Who holds it, whether it's on, whether it's rolling on the floor: written per shot, so a flashlight kicked away doesn't come back to the hand in the next shot.

  • 02

    Assign only what's on screen

Things dropped or put away come off that shot, so nobody is handed back what they let go of.

  • 03

    Whose job is it for?

A courier's wrist phone shows a delivery app's slip, not just the customer's photo. How it's used decides how it looks.

  • 04

Text-heavy things go to a model good at text

Slips, documents and signs get their reference images from image AIs that keep lettering intact, such as GPT Image 2 or Nano Banana Pro.
