Script to finished video, in one studio
The five production steps, the assistant, cast and sets: what Konte does, page by page.
THE FIVE STEPS—The five production steps
- 01Script & breakdownA plot gets written, readers fix it, and it's broken into shots. An episode becomes one table.See details
- 02StoryboardEach shot splits into panels, with mannequins and objects placed in 3D to set the framing. Faces and clothes come at render time.See details
- 03Video generationFrom storyboard to video. Props, camera and VFX are settled for each shot before it renders.See details
- 04Video editingMusic, sound effects, transitions, captions — tidied up in place, without exporting to an editor.See details
- 05FinalizeInserts, music and captions burnt into one finished video, which goes straight onto the share page.See details

What Konte does
The same table as on the home page, grouped by area.
- PlanningPlan by talkingDescribe the idea for your video and it moves from plot → shot breakdown → cast, sets and props → storyboard → rendering. A person presses the button for each next step.
- PlanningThree AIs read the scriptThree AIs other than the one that wrote it read the script at once — for the bones of the story, as a first-time reader, and for whether it can be shot — and it's fixed before it reaches you. After the breakdown another AI rereads the flow, and the action director checks each panel's motion.
- PlanningWrite the Wiki with the AIPitch, characters, structure and scripts go in the Wiki. Rewrite the open page with the AI and go back to an earlier version if you like. Leave a comment and the AI reads it, fixes the page and answers “done” or “declined”.
- PlanningHouse rules for the breakdownWrite down how the project likes its shots broken down, such as pacing or shot length, and the AI follows it every time it breaks a story into shots.
- PlanningStart from a formNot one for chatting? Filling in a form is enough to set up a piece.
- CastCreate a cast memberAttach photos or talk it through with the AI. The image AI draws a bust-up of the face, or you drop in a photo, and it can draw a full-body turnaround in costume (the profile sheet). Outfit changes are variations, chosen shot by shot.
- CastGive them a voiceFrom a cast member's description and profile, the AI makes their voice and links it to them.
- SetsBuild a locationMake a set for a place from a photo or a description. Its set sheet draws the angles together: wide, overhead, close and more. Attach it to a chapter and every shot is filmed in the same place.
- PropsThings that keep appearingMake the things that keep appearing, such as a phone or a bag, into props. Give them a reference image and they look the same from shot to shot.
- Art styleArt-style libraryBuilt-in art styles across live action, 3D and 2D, with more on the way. Compare sample videos of the same scene and choose. Make your own from a reference picture or a description, and give each style the image AI that draws it.
- CameraPick the camera44 ways to shoot — angle, lens, move and speed — as buttons named in on-set language. You can also pick by the effect you want, such as “draw in” or “intimidate”.
- CameraFrame it in 3DPlace the camera and the people in 3D to set the frame. Start from 70 framings, such as a conversation over the shoulder, a gunfight or a sword duel, searchable by head count or tag.
- StoryboardA storyboard in 3DEach shot splits into 2–4 panels; mannequins and objects are placed in 3D to set the framing. The action director picks the key moment and pose, the framing AI picks the camera, and the mock-up goes to the video AI as a framing guide.
- Shot listThe script & breakdown tableAn episode's shots on one table. Action, lines with their speakers and captions side by side, editable right where you click. Add and reorder shots here too.
- Shot listRetake a single shotRegenerate only the shot you don't like. Earlier takes stay in the history, so you can compare and choose. You can also give the shot directions while you watch it.
- Shot listPlay it throughPlay the whole video start to finish with the captions on top. Press a frame below to jump to that shot.
- RenderingCloud or localVideo renders with MiniMax H3 on your own GPU, or MiniMax H3 / Hailuo via fal.ai. Set it for the organization, then switch per video or per render button. The GPU queue is visible in a list, and urgent jobs can jump ahead.
- RenderingPick all three AIsChoose the chat (Claude), image and video AIs separately. Images come from image models on your own GPU, GPT Image 2, Nano Banana, Seedream or FLUX.2 via fal.ai, or ChatGPT.
- RenderingVFXPut one of ten effects — bullet time, spiral ascent, storm magic and more — on a shot and render. The AI writes the moment it happens into the prompt (MiniMax H3 on a local GPU).
- SpecsAspect ratio, resolution, frame rate16:9, 9:16, 1:1, 4:3, 3:4, 21:9 / 480p, 720p, 1080p / 24, 30, 60 fps.
- EditingVideo editingLine up the finished shots and set trims, transitions (dissolve, fade to black or white and more), music, sound effects and overlaid images. Drop in another video's opening or bank footage. Every change plays back on the spot.
- EditingFinalizeBurn the edit into one MP4. Download the finished video, a subtitle file (SRT) and the shots without captions (zip). The share page opens on the finished cut.
- EditingCaptions32 looks: 20 classic and 12 showpiece. The AI listens to the rendered shots and shows each caption only while its line is heard. Rewriting captions never needs a reshoot.
- SharingShare pageIssue a URL anyone can open without logging in. Choose what it shows besides the video (storyboard with drawings and 3D angles, cast, sets, props, Wiki) and pick a cover. Share it before anything is rendered, or share a single shot.
- AssetsOutputs and asset libraryGenerated shots, finished videos, and photo and video assets are kept per project. You can also draw an asset from a prompt. Videos can be copied to another project.
- AssetsSplit into shotsBring in a video (from a YouTube URL too), let it find the cut points, and cut it into shot-sized clips. They drop into a shot without rendering — handy for inserts.
- TeamMembers and guestsInvite members to work from the same shot list. Bring clients in as guests, job by job.
- IntegrationsAPI and MCPFrom Claude Code or Codex on your own machine, ask for anything from the Wiki, cast, sets and shots to rendering, editing and finalizing. It renders only when asked, and deletions that can't be undone happen only on screen.
